Alaska Resource Innovations (ARI) is Alaska Native owned and operated. Comprised of highly qualified and experienced staff with 60+ years of combined experience, the ARI team is motivated to provide professional, custom-tailored, cost-effective solutions for our clients. We have a flexible business model to address projects of all sizes and are accustomed to overcoming logistical challenges to get the job done right whether on the road system or remote. 


We are a relationship-based company, and we strive to demonstrate this through all aspects of our work—from open communication with clients, project stakeholders and subcontractors, to ensuring the safest onsite working environment possible. At ARI, all phases of work are performed by senior-level staff with deep experience in environmental consulting, construction oversight, and regulatory compliance. This approach ensures technical accuracy, regulatory alignment, and efficient decision-making in the field, especially in remote and logistically complex environments.

Thomas has over 20 years of management experience ranging from the Chitina Native Corporation, federal and international disaster response, project management and QA/QC work for commercial clients, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Airforce Civil Engineering Center internationally and in Alaska.

Brad is a senior environmental scientist and geochemist with nearly 20 years of experience working on environmental remediation and monitoring projects in Alaska, including 14 years working exclusively on USAF and USACE projects. His work experience includes roles as Project Manager, Project Chemist, and Senior Environmental Scientist, and he is well versed in planning, coordinating, and leading field teams in remote environments. Additionally, he is skilled at validating and reporting analytical data in accordance with USACE and ADEC procedures.

Ryan has over 15 years of project management and fieldwork experience in the environmental field working with state, federal, and private-sector organizations and has been involved in contaminated site monitoring, site assessment, remediation, and reclamation projects throughout Alaska. Past and present clients include the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Department of Interior, BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc., ConocoPhillips Alaska, Hilcorp Alaska, and the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. Ryan specializes in all phases of the remediation and monitoring of contaminated sites, including site assessments, excavation oversight, groundwater, pore- water, surface water, sediment and soil sampling techniques,
as well project oversight and work plan and report development.

Kynan is a Senior Environmental Scientist with over 10 years in the field of environmental consulting, 5 years of experience in the field of land and resource management, and 3 years in the general construction industry. Kynan has extensive experience working on construction projects and contaminated sites at remote locations throughout Alaska. As a Senior Environmental Scientist, Project Manager, and ADEC qualified sampler, he has been responsible for data collection and evaluation for both Federal and Private Industry Clients. His work experience includes plan design and sampling a variety of matrices for contaminated site investigations and characterizations, long-term environmental monitoring projects, and contaminated site remediation.
