ARI personnel are Alaska-Qualified Environmental Professionals, highly skilled in regulatory sampling protocols, and bring hands-on experience as heavy equipment operators with civil construction management backgrounds. ARI and its partners provide Construction Management and Contractor QC/QA for both commercial and federal clients. ARI is intimately familiar with general building practices and specific portions of the International Building Code. ARI staff are well versed as on-site owner’s representatives, overseeing contract compliance, managing submittals and utilizing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers QA/QC processes.
